Instructor Laura Randall has been studying forms of Qigong since 2010. In 2013, she discovered Spring Forest Qigong and has completed Level 1, 2, & 3 training. Laura has led Qigong for various health groups including women's groups, and health recovery groups.
Pre-registration is not required. If it is your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early.
