Class Description:
In this two day, interactive and experiential class focused on self-care, we begin by learning the basic anatomy and skills needed to interact with our digestive, reproductive, and pelvic health on a daily basis. We learn together the beginnings of active and sacred listening, the dynamics of our physical bodies and how they affect us every moment. We learn ways to take care of our breasts, pelvis, ovaries, uterus, prostate, pelvic floor, liver, sacred energy centers, and so much more. This course is open to anyone interested in connecting with their physical, emotional and spiritual parts of themselves to add vitality to their life. This course is a prerequisite for anyone with interest in adding the H.A.R.T. Method to their treatment offerings as a practitioner.
Class Schedule when held: 2 days in a row 9 am - 5:30 pm usually Friday and Saturday
Class Fee: $462 per participant

Class Description:
The practitioner course is a training for practitioners may take in order to add the H.A.R.T. Method to their treatment offerings. In this class we focus on helping our clients address the physical, emotional and spiritual issues of their bodies. This may manifest in symptoms we recognize as: fertility, digestive, urinary challenges, back pain and much more.
Prerequisite: Foundations Level I, and must have a license to touch in the state of Minnesota.

Class Description:
This class will address specific concerns, health, and special aspects of prenatal, pregnancy, birth and postnatal treatment.
Prerequisites: Foundations – Level 1, Practitioner – Level 2

Class Description:
4 day advanced training for graduates of the Practitioner Level. In this course we will learn Advanced Techniques for the HART Method Practitioners. Several techniques for retroverted uterus, ovary treatment, as well as discuss cases, advanced fertility, herbs, advanced psoas techniques and more!
Prerequisites: H.A.R.T. Method Foundations – Level 1, Practitioner – Level 2 and 15 cases written up with 2 to 3 follow ups each, handed in to the instructor by a deadline prior to class.
