This class is open to anyone seeking new ways to strengthen the holistic connection with self, or just looking for relief from pain.

This class gave me a better understanding of the psoas intelligent tissue. I am taking with me more awareness of my body and a new language.
I left behind the idea that I need to "attack" the psoas and I'm taking with me that patience is needed and it can in fact be meditative.
This class allowed for openness and flexibility. The softening in the ball offered release and helped to relieve restriction and tightness.
