Historically, Jackass Bitters have been used by Indigenous People of Central America, for colds, flu, minor infections, sore throat, sinus congestion.* One cup of dried herb can be used to make your own tincture or for a cup of tea.
Ingredients: Jackass Bitters
Directions for tea: 1/2 teaspoon herb to 8 oz. of water, boil the herb in water for 10 minutes, then strain.
Ratio for tincture: 1 cup herb to 1 gallon
Caution: Not for use in infancy up to one year of age.
