Kim Hart, the founder of Adagio Holistic Therapies, brings over 30 years of experience as a Classical Homeopath, ordained minister, certified hypnotherapist, herbalist, and Maya Medicine practitioner. Kim trained with traditional healers across Central America since 1997, she has developed the H.A.R.T. Method—a compassionate blend of indigenous abdominal care, energy healing, and modern anatomy. Guided by her Maestros’ mandate to teach, Kim’s offerings span cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, spiritual cleansing, and sacred listening that ultimately reflects her dedication to whole-person healing.
