What is Kaiut Yoga?

Have you noticed your body feeling a little less like itself lately? What if aging didn't have to mean stiffening up? What if you could undo the tension your body has been quietly accumulating for years and move through life with more ease, resilience, and vitality?

The Kaiut Yoga Method is a revolutionary approach to joint health. Think of it as hygiene for your body, as essential as brushing your teeth. By working with your brain's neuroplasticity, gravity, and time, Kaiut quietly dismantles the tension patterns and movement habits that daily life builds up over decades. It's less like a workout and more like essential body maintenance, the kind your future self will thank you for.

No yoga experience is needed! No examining your pose in mirrors. No bendy instructor to compare yourself to. Just your body, your breath, and a voice guiding you inward, because Kaiut is about how you feel, not how you look. Props aren't here to make it easier. They're here to make it better, tailored to your body's own unique biomechanics. Tension is just a pattern your body learned. Kaiut helps it learn something new!

About the Instructor - Krisha Crabtree

Krisha Crabtree has been a massage therapist since 1997, bringing nearly three decades of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for helping people feel at home in their bodies. A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter with a B.A. in Psychology with Honors, her path into bodywork began personally. A whiplash injury from a car accident led her to massage therapy as a patient, and she never looked back. She has been fully self-employed since 2004.

In 2024, while visiting a friend in Colorado, Krisha discovered the Kaiut Yoga Method and was immediately captivated. She enrolled in the rigorous 368-hour certification and became the first instructor to bring this transformative Brazilian technique to Minnesota.
